Columbia City Council wants to offer tax breaks to developers to construct mixed-income housing projects that would include affordable and market rate units.
In an election night vote, Council approved a resolution on Nov. 6 stating its desire to offer tax abatements for the development of mixed-income housing. The vote to approve was 6-1, with Councilman Moe Baddourah dissenting. Read more>>>
